Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance or offer private pay options?

Yes. I am currently in-network with UnitedHealthcare (commercial and Medicaid plans). If you are insured through another provider, I can offer you a superbill to submit for potential reimbursement as an out-of-network provider.

I also offer private pay options for those who prefer not to use insurance:

  • $150 for the initial intake session

  • $125 for ongoing therapy sessions

Payment is accepted via credit/debit card, HSA/FSA cards, and is processed securely through my client portal.

Can I speak with you before committing to therapy?

Absolutely. I offer a free 10-minute consultation call to help determine if we’re a good fit to work together. This brief screening call gives you a chance to ask initial questions, share your needs, and learn more about my approach before scheduling an intake session. Use the contact us form to schedule your consultation call.
Please note: This call is not a therapy session and is intended solely for screening and fit.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

At this time, I do not offer a formal sliding scale. I understand that starting therapy is an important investment, and I’m happy to talk through your needs during the consultation to see what options may be available.
