Hello! I am Daleigh Kranz, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), specializing in therapeutic support for children, families, teens, and young adults. My clinical expertise includes addressing trauma, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attachment-related issues, and providing affirming support for neurodivergent individuals. I integrate evidence-based methods with a strong foundation in neurobiology and nervous system regulation, consistently working to identify and address the root causes of behaviors and concerns.
My therapeutic style is grounded in empathy, creativity, and inclusivity, with the goal of creating a supportive and emotionally safe environment. I prioritize building genuine relationships, recognizing each individual's unique strengths, and empowering clients toward resilience, growth, and lasting positive change.

Therapeutic Specializations
-
EMDR facilitates healing from traumatic experiences and anxiety by supporting the brain's natural capacity to process distressing memories, ultimately reducing emotional distress and promoting psychological well-being.
-
ERP is an evidence-based approach for treating OCD and anxiety disorders. It works by gradually exposing individuals to their anxiety triggers in a safe, supportive context, guiding them to resist compulsive behaviors and progressively diminishing anxiety symptoms.
-
My approach to play therapy integrates principles from child-centered and synergetic play therapies, emphasizing the neurobiology of behavior, the significance of nervous system regulation, and affirming neurodivergent experiences. Consistent with guidelines from the Association for Play Therapy (APT), I view play as the natural, developmentally appropriate language of children, helping them effectively communicate, regulate emotions, process experiences, and foster growth and healing.
